All-round technician

Under the Rmixx name, RS Contracting develops, manufactures and supplies specialised mixers and installations to a wide range of manufacturing companies. As an all-round technician, you will handle all work in our workshop and on machines and installations at our customers’ sites.

A working day as an all-round technician:

As an all-round technician at RS Contracting BV, no two days are the same and every day brings new challenges. You are responsible for the final assembly, maintenance and repair of (new) machines and installations in our workshop. You are also the face of our company when working on site for our customers in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This makes the role varied and challenging.

What we are looking for:

  • A secondary vocational qualification (Dutch MBO or equivalent) in a relevant technical field, such as mechanical engineering or mechatronics
  • (Basic) knowledge of mechanical, electronic and/or pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
  • The ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • A category B driving licence as a minimum
  • Willing to work outside office hours occasionally, for example in the event of breakdowns or deadlines

About RS Contracting

Since 2002, RS Contracting has been bringing advanced machines and process installations to market. In 2021, the company began developing a new range of mixers. Under the Rmixx name, many machines have since been successfully developed and launched. Market demand for new developments is enormous. In the coming years, RS Contracting will further expand the already successful Rmixx range and aims to keep growing in areas such as development, staff, purchasing and premises.
