The mixing head achieves intensive mixing of the entire batch, at both micro and macro level, and directly disperses the complete tank contents. This eliminates the need for an additional shear phase. The product is mixed without air entrainment. The entire tank contents, including high-viscosity products, are evenly mixed and dispersed. Agglomerates are broken down during mixing, reducing the powder to its original particle size and wetting it.

Technical data
The dispersing jet stream mixer reduces and disperses fat and wax blocks in two steps. First, the machine is started in reverse, drawing the blocks from below into the protruding rotor blades: the blocks are milled into small pieces. In the second step, the direction of rotation is reversed and the product is processed in the special dispersing jet stream mixing head. This results in intensive mixing of the tank contents at both micro and macro level and disperses the product completely. Melting and dissolving processes are accelerated as a result.
The dispersing jet stream mixer can also be fitted with a dispersing rotor, achieving even higher shear forces than the standard dispersing jet stream mixer.
The high-shear rotor/stator subjects the tank contents to intense mixing and dispersing and distributes the product with high energy input. All in a single operation.
