The cylindrical powder hopper has a top diameter of approx. Ø 800 mm and a bottom outlet of Ø 350 mm, ideal for integration with a lump breaker to process powder lumps. The hopper has a raised edge at the rear to prevent spillage and ensure operator safety.
Fitted with fluidisation nozzles with a food-grade silicone membrane, which ensure an even powder flow and prevent product build-up. Fluidisation technology is essential for preserving the quality of powdered materials during processing.
The construction in cold-rolled AISI 316 stainless steel (material no. 1.4404) with a 2B sheet finish ensures a long service life and corrosion resistance. Internal and external welds are ground to a smooth surface, with optional polishing for an even smoother finish.
The base frame, made of seal-welded AISI 304 box section, provides sturdy support and has height-adjustable feet in line with EHEDG guidelines. This makes the FL350 easy to install and suitable for a wide range of production environments.
