Jet stream mixer

Optimise your product consistency with our advanced mixing technology.

High circulation capacity based on the rotor-stator principle

Effective micro- and macromixing is a prerequisite for consistent product quality. Our jet stream mixers meet all the requirements for complete, homogeneous mixing of the tank contents.

The key strengths of the jet stream mixer are cost efficiency, an optimal mixing pattern, high reproducibility and great ease of use.

The jet stream mixer works on the rotor-stator principle:

  1. A high-speed rotor, surrounded by a guide tube (the stator), creates a downward liquid flow that drives the product forcefully to the bottom of the tank.
  2. At the bottom of the tank, the flow divides towards the sides and creates an upward flow along the tank wall.
  3. At the surface, the liquid flow is driven back down to the bottom of the tank.

Dynamic mixing with the RMY jet stream mixer

Discover the power of the RMY jet stream mixer, a mixer built for precision and versatility. Our RMY not only illustrates the smooth operation of our mixing technology, but also shows how easily the mixing head can be changed. The RMY is ideal for a wide range of applications and ensures a consistent, homogeneous mix without air entrainment. For more customisation options, please see our multipurpose mixer page.

Side-entry and bottom-entry versus top-entry

Our Rmixx RMY jet stream mixer range offers flexible solutions tailored to your specific production conditions. Our side-entry mixers are the answer where headroom is limited, for large volumes where a top-entry mixer can become unstable, or in pressure vessels where a double mechanical seal is required. They are robust and ensure optimal mixing, even under demanding conditions. Bottom-entry mixers, which are comparable to side-entry mixers, are chosen when space at the side is limited but there is room below the tank. Each option delivers consistent mixing performance and quality, essential for advanced production processes.
